All new job requisitions must include a current and accurate position description. This document should be attached to the electronic requisition and will be reviewed during each stage of the approval process. The position description is essential for accurately presenting the role to potential candidates and applicants. Once the position is filled, the description should also be shared with the employee and used as a key reference during their annual performance review.<\/p>

Every staff position has a grade level.
